Exfoliating Cleanser For Face

Easiest And Effective Cleanser

An organic face wash, homemade, a single ingredient, gentle on the skin… What else?

I'm here today to talk to you about my favorite facial cleanser in the whole universe, which is SIMPLE, completely natural, organic, homemade in 10 seconds, and, a little bonus but not least, absolutely unbeatable in terms of price… named -drum roll- OATS!!

No, it's not a joke, let me explain, you won't regret it.

To better understand the love I have for this homemade natural treatment, you should know that I have tested dozens and dozens of different cleansers: supermarket, luxury, organic foaming cleansers, soaps, gels, mousses… In short, I was looking for the treatment that would suit me best without ever finding what I was looking for.

But before explaining the benefits, let's talk about the application.

Here is the basic technique:

1) Take a small number of oats and put it in the palm of your hand (the equivalent of about a large teaspoon).

2) Close your fist and pass your hand under the trickle of water, pressing lightly so that the oats are moistened.

3) Then form a kind of ball that we will apply on wet face, making circles, then rinse with water.

Why do I love it?

The smell is divine, I think it smells like breakfast.

If you get some in your mouth/eyes, it doesn't matter at all unlike chemical cleaners (since it doesn't sting the eyes and it's edible).

The cleansing is great because the flakes form a kind of grain that will remove dead skin and lightly exfoliate the skin, while the milk formed by the application will hydrate the skin without leaving it greasy. In the end, the skin is clean and soft.

Not expensive as well.

No chemicals in the sink.

The negative points

You have to master the application technique, at first, you put it everywhere but you get used to it quickly.
