With Avocado
In a bowl, mix:
2 tbsp. (30 ml) honey
1 avocado, peeled, core removed, mashed
1 whole egg
The mask will have a creamy and somewhat foamy consistency.
Apply all over the hair after shampooing and leave to act for 30 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water, then shampoo (+ conditioner if necessary).

With vinegar and Lemon Juice
We also find vinegar and lemon juice, both good ingredients to help our hair shine!
This time it is more of a solution to rinse the hair than a mask. You can pour on the hair directly in the shower, or put it in a bottle with a spray.
Mix the same amount of both ingredients (eg ½ cup apple cider vinegar and ½ cup lemon juice - freshly squeezed or store-bought).

With Black Tea
Black tea will make the hair shine, in addition to strengthening it. The caffeine in tea is also believed to work against hair loss.
In a large mug, place 4 black tea bags, then add 2 cups of boiling water. Leave to infuse overnight, so that the tea is as strong as possible.
Then pour over the hair in the shower after shampooing. Leave on for about 20 minutes, putting on a shower cap if necessary to be able to go out!
