Hair Care By Homemade Rose Water

Make A Homemade Rose Water

You can get rose petals from your garden, from your florist or from friends as long as the rose bush is organic. Flowers that have been treated with insecticides and grown with chemical fertilizer should be avoided. Pick-up should be done before 10 a.m., as that is when their scents are most concentrated. You can also use rose petals or dried rosebuds which are sold in sachets. Make sure the flowers are organically grown before taking them. Here is a recipe for ¼ l of rose water.

Step 1:

The infusion (the day before)

Take a glass container that is resistant to high heat and with a lid.

Put the roses inside.

Boil some water and pour it into the container with the roses.

Leave to infuse overnight, it takes at least 12 hours of time for a good result.

Step 2:

 Filtering (the next day)

Filter the rose water through a clean colander.

Pour the floral water into sterilized, airtight jars or bottles.

Instructions:

This homemade rose water can be stored for a maximum of 2 weeks. It should be kept away from the light and heat of the sun. If possible, refrigerate it in your refrigerator.

Rose Water: Excellent Hair Care

Pure rose water can also be used directly on the hair. You can gently massage your scalp and leave it to act for about ten minutes. Then, you can apply it on the lengths and ends. Let the treatment protect your hair without going through rinsing.

Like the skin, hair is also weakened by the environment and / or by improper treatment. They need strengthening care to keep them healthy and beautiful. Rose water helps treat your hair from the root. It strengthens your scalp by stimulating blood circulation and prevents falls. It purifies it and also allows each hair to breathe and grow. You can use it as a mask to maintain your hair daily. And you can also add 10 drops to your shampoo.
