1. Anti-Wrinkle Regenerating Poultice
A regenerating poultice helps prevent or reduce neck wrinkles.
Mix 15 milliliters (three teaspoons) of sweet almond oil and 15 grams (three teaspoons) of honey.
Take a handkerchief spread on it and then wrap it around your neck.

Practiced regularly, the following exercise helps keep skin firm.
Put the right hand on the left ear while crossing the arm above the head, then gently turn the head to the left.
Hold the pressure for a few seconds, then release.

7. Sunscreen
Particularly delicate, the skin of the neckline must be protected from the sun.
In order to avoid slackening of the tissues, remember to cover them with sunscreen.
